We recently spent the night in
Longview
while bringing the new Eclipse 500 to Sun n Fun along with an MU-2. KRS was absolutely fantastic quickly serviced both aircraft, put the 500 in their new spotless hangar, gave us transportation to a hotel, and even joined us for dinner. A brand new FBO building an excellent reputation we’ll definitely stop here again any time we’re close. And you can’t miss saying “hey” to Shay!

Easily the best FBO I’ve been to. I had to divert to KGGG for weather in a light twin one evening, and even though it was technically after hours (on a Sunday no less), the line person marshaled me in, fueled my airplane, and waited for my decision as to whether I’d stay the night or leave that same evening. I decided to stay the night, and he gave me a crew car to use and set me up with a place to stay. He mentioned there might be some hail coming (which I wasn’t aware of), and told me he’d put the plane in the hangar. I didn’t even think to ask him to do this, and he did it on his own accord when he could have gone home. Needless to say, I was impressed. The next morning, the rest of the employees were just as friendly, and I left for home with a smile on my face. Even the facilities were top notch. This is what an FBO should be, and KRS puts the big guys like Signature to shame all without charging ridiculous fuel prices or ramp/overnight fees.

I usually use AirNav for FBO info but just happened to stop into KRS. Really a great FBO, Shay and the line staff were awesome. One of the best FBO’s I’ve ever been in..

Stopped here on an Angel Flight Mission and was very satisfied with the level of service. Very neat and clean FBO. Provided a fuel discount for flying Angel Flight Missions. Thanks, I’ll be back when I need to stop at
GGG

We fly our company
Pilatus
all over US and
Canada
and I have seen A LOT of FBO’s. I give them a “10” for customer service and overall organization. The place is very clean and has a comfy pilot lounge. Fantastic FBO! They gave us the crew car overnight at no extra charges. Cheap Jet A. Keep up the good work. Look forward to our next visit!

This place is GREAT! We had never been to
GGG
and took the “closest” FBO. The other place may be okay but we can give our highest praise to KRS. They gave us a van for the evening and since there were
TRW
’s in the area, they hangared the plane. Next morning, they had us load IN the hangar to stay out of the rain then towed us out to keep us dry! This is the top FBO I’ve seen in my 40 years of aviating.

Stopped at KGGG for a fuel stop on the way back east from the 2004 NBAA Convention in
Las Vegas
with a Dornier 328Jet. Despite a power outage at the airport, the wonderful folks at KRS went way over the top to make sure our short fuel stop was a great experience. Shay Caffey arranged a wonderful lunch for our passengers and crew at the FBO, an unexpected treat. The line crew refueled the DO-Jet quickly and professionally. These folks are a class act. I only wish I had more time to take their H2 on a test drive. I will make KRS my new first choice for a fuel stop when flying coast to cost or when ever possible.

Some of the best service I’ve had! As a new commercial student I had never had the chance to use self-serve fuel before. Their linemen Briggs and Ryan were nice enough to show me how to work the pump and even push my plane away from the pump for me. Fantastic cookies and
Texas
sweet tea. New and VERY clean FBO. Great pilot’s lounge with leather recliners, TV,
VCR
,
DVD
player, and a new computer with the usual WX services. Nice bathroom complete with shower stall. Open 7a-9p 7 days a week.

If you are ever near
Longview
you really must give this place a try. We base a DPS helicopter there for a week and these people bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable there. The line crew was among the best in my experience, helping push the aircraft in and out of the hangar everyday and Shay and the other ladies at the counter made sure we had fresh cookies and cold iced tea every time we came in. The prices are reasonable, the facilities are immaculate and the girls are the prettiest in
East Texas
.

All of the previous comments are absolutely true! I was returning from an Angel Flight to M39 (
Mena
AR
) and decided to see for myself what all the great comments were about. Shay was exceptional in trying to locate my special oil request. The lineman, Briggs, even hand pushed my plane to the self serve pumps, topped it off himself, and then pushed it back to in front of the FBO so I wouldn’t have to walk 200 feet! And the fuel is the least expensive I have seen in months! WOW! The chocolate chip cookies are great, and the sweetest
Texas
iced tea you could hope for. KRS should be on everyone’s “must stop by” list! A true service oriented operation with top notch facilities.

Wow! Simply the best, most cost-effective and friendly FBO I’ve ever experienced out of 123 airports in 26 states! You need to open branches at more airports!
